The storage facility features two access points for traffic.  The main entrance/exit is off Lee Boulevard which is the main thoroughfare through Lehigh Acres; the second entrance/exit is on the rear of the property which exits to 4th street and can be easily navigated back to the Lee Boulevard.  The facility also features a 35’ driveway width between storage buildings that make it accessible for large trucks, RV’s and semi-trailers.  Both gates provide easy entrance and exit to incoming and outbound customers.

Over 16 cameras located throughout property provide a state of the art security system that captures your every move.  The cameras are linked through the internet so the developer, regional manager or partners can view the property through an internet connection from their home or office.  The camera images are displayed on a 42” plasma flat screen monitor in the front office with a 15” plasma flat screen monitor displaying the graphics monitor of all open, delinquent or available units.  Each door is individually door alarmed so the managers are notified when a tenant enters the property or if door alarm is triggered.
