Diversified Concepts, LLC was founded in 1986 to acquire, develop and consult on real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Since 1986 Diversified Concepts has focused its attention on real estate developments predominately in the Dallas, St. Louis, northeast Kansas, and southwest Florida metropolitan areas.

Diversified Concepts is committed to building quality developments in response to what the market demands.  After 18 years of real estate development Diversified Concepts has been involved in over $100 million of development in seven different states.  These developments include self-storage, housing subdivisions, office and retail space, and industrial parks.

It is the intention of Diversified Concepts to use its knowledge of the real estate market and its financial strength to continue expanding its development operations predominately in northeast Kansas and southwest Florida metropolitan areas, and throughout the United States when sound investment opportunities arise.
