Diversified Concepts began as a self storage development & management company when the partners developed their first self storage facility in 1986.  Since 1986 Diversified Concepts has developed, owned or managed over 35 self storage facilities in seven different states.

With the changing climate of real estate, Diversified Concepts has expanded their development plans to include industrial parks, housing subdivisions, office & flex space while maintaining a presence in the self storage industry.
