Diversified Concepts developed their first 160 acre residential development in 1988 with the premier of Oakwood estates in south Lawrence.  Diversified Concepts has returrned to developing premier residential communities that are desired to live in.  These communities are multi-use developments that feature lush amenities that are not found in the every day neighborhood.
